论文中文摘要:当今时代,科学技术日新月异,知识经济方兴未艾,综合国力竞争日趋激烈。教育在综合国力的形成中处于基础地位,国力的强弱越来越取决于劳动者的素质,取决于各类人才的质量和数量。高等职业教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,党的十六大明确提出要走新型工业化道路,而高等职业教育的发展正是实施人才强国战略和走新型工业化道路的重要途径。高等职业教育的培养目标是为生产、服务和管理第一线培养具备综合职业能力和全面素质的高级技能应用型人才,目前,社会对这种实用技能型人才的需求日益增长,具体到会计职业界也不例外,也在强烈呼唤高质量的高职会计人才。因此,高职会计人才培养模式顺应社会经济发展的趋势,面临着千载难逢的发展机遇,拥有值得探究的发展空间。同时,我们也应看到高职会计教育的发展,虽取得了一系列的成绩,但也面临着许多问题。高职会计教育培养的会计人才应该有自己的“特色”,而体现这些特色的关键是需要特色的高职会计人才培养模式。高职会计教育作为一种新的会计教育层次,发展历程不长,新的人才培养模式的探索任务艰巨,与社会不断提出的更高要求相比,目前高职会计人才培养模式还相对滞后。存在培养目标模糊,专业结构布局尚未脱离会计学科体系的窠臼,课程设置和培养规格缺乏高职特色,实践技能不突出,师资队伍群体结构与个体素质不能满足教学需要等问题。高职工学结合会计人才培养模式,是一种利用学校和行业、企业不同的教育资源和教育环境,培养适合行业、企业需要的应用型会计人才为主要目的的教育模式。工学结合是高职教育适应经济发展需要,谋求教育资源与社会目标协调发展的必然选择。本课题主要通过调查法、资料分析法、比较研究法探讨在新的历史背景下,高职院校工学结合会计人才培养的必要性;研究高职工学结合会计人才培养模式的有关理论支撑;通过我国高职会计人才培养模式的现状研究,综合分析制约我国高职会计人才培养的相关因素;通过比较研究,借鉴分析国外工学结合人才培养模式的先进经验;构建具有较强操作性和推广价值的高职工学结合会计人才培养基本模式;探索总结实施高职工学结合会计人才培养模式的运行机制和保障体系
Abstract(英文摘要): Nowadays, technology change with each passing day, economic knowledge is in the ascendant, and the competition of comprehensive national strength is drastic daily. Education is in the basic role of the form of comprehensive national strength, the strong or weak of national power is mainly determined by the quality of labourer and the quantity and quality of various kinds of person with ability. Altitude vocational education is the most important part of higher education, The Party’s sixteenth People’s representative congress definitely put forward that lead a new type industrialization road, and the development of altitude vocational education is the important route of taking action of person with ability to great power stratagem. The aim of altitude vocational education is to bring up the person with ability for production, service and management and the person with high quality and practical. At present, the demand of this kind of person is increasing, for the line of accountant is the same, appealing for high quality accountant. So, the training mode of altitude vocational accountant coincide in the trend of economic development, facing the good opportunity, we he space to explore. The same time, we need to notice, although the development of altitude vocational education he got series of progress, as well, facing some difficulty. The training of altitude vocational accountant should he unique character, and the key to show the unique character is characteristic training mode of altitude vocational accountant. The higher vocational and technical school accountancy education ,as a new hierarchy of accountancy educate, has enjoyed a short development course . The exploration and task of the new mode of talented personnel training is formidable , and compared with the higher demand raised by the society, the current mode is relatively under-developed with the problems of obscure training objective, professional structure layout not yet out of the set pattern of accountancy academics system, curriculum and the training specification lacking in the characteristic of higher vocational and technical education, practical skills not outstanding, teachers group structure and personal quality not meet with the need of teaching, etc. the training mode of combing higher vocational and technical education with accountancy talented personnel is one educational mode which takes advantage of the educational resource and environment of schools, industries and enterprises, aiming at fostering applied talented accountants to meet with the need of industries and enterprises. The combination of working with education is the need for higher vocational and technical education to adapt the economic development, and the inevitable choice to search for the balanced development between educational resource and social objective. This theme mainly by investigation method, information analytical method, compared study method to discuss the importance of vocational and technical college joining practice and study together in the new history background; studying the training mode of accountant theory support for vocational and technical college joining practice and education together. Through the study of training mode of altitude vocational accountant actuality, synthesis analysis the relative factor of restricting the tarini8ng of altitude vocational accountant. By compared study, use as reference and analysis the experience of foreign country joining practice and study together; Compose the training mode of operative and extend value for altitude vocational accountant that joining practice and study together; Explore and summarize running mechani and protecting system of taking altitude vocational accountant that joining practice and study together.
